Gold on this site is essentially a special feature that allows you to better customize your character and give them more "flavor", so to speak, using various options. The basic means of gaining gold is by posting around the boards. You will receive 15 gold per post, excluding certain out of character boards.

The following posts in this thread contain different options for what you may purchase with your accumulated gold. For the most part, this will require personal messaging Azzy to make your request and fulfill your purchase, although in some cases there are a few more pre-requisites, such as getting other members to pitch in and pledge support to your endeavor.

Finally, most options will also require the individual player to have a character profile in order to make their purchase, as that is where many of the options will be displayed.

Magical items are there to give your character a bit of a boost in a tight spot and a slight advantage even against stronger opponents, along with a bit more to personalize your character. When you purchase a Magical Item, be it weapon, armor, or trinket, you must go over first with the admin exactly what kind of item it is and what magical properties it has in addition to being able to provide the gold required. If both are satisfactory, you may immediately begin using them.

Magical items costs 500 gold each.

Note: You need a character profile to have magical items so that I can make a post that details precisely what they are and what they do.

Personal House- 500 gold.

You will receive your own sub-board in the citizen housing board. Also remember to include links all threads previously made that occurred in you house if you wish for them to be relocated.

To purchase your house, simply post in the Suggestions board a thread titled "House Request", or Private Message Azzy to request your house.

Bear in mind also that you are responsible for your own house and should it go inactive for an extended period of time it shall be removed and your money refunded.

Additionally, for the same price a guild leader may purchase a guild hall for their guild. This functions in the same way as a personal house, with the exception that the guild hall may be placed as a sub-board of any existing board, so long as it is thematically appropriate for it to exist there. Furthermore, the guild must have at least three confirmed members besides the guild leader in order for the guild leader to purchase a guild hall.

You can use your money to found your own small village, although it will require plenty of money and member cooperation in order to achieve this goal.

When founding a town, you require a certain number of members to join your town in order to make certain that there are people to populate your village. In addition, people joining your town, or anyone else, may pitch in as much money as they wish in order to help to purchase the village, as the price ensures that doing so alone is a difficult task.

To indicate that you wish to found your own village, post a thread in the Suggestions board titled: "Village Request" along with the members who are giving you the numbers needed in order to do so. Also indicate how much gold you are contributing to the founding of your village and what you wish it to be called. People named must post in this thread, along with how much money they are also contributing. Once the required member count and proper amount of gold has been contributed, your village shall be created as it's own board in the Outer Territories, broken into three initial sub-boards.

Village Price- 2,500 Gold
Starting Boards- Founder's House, Village square, Slums
Required Additional Members- 5

After you have purchased your village, you can upgrade it to Town and finally City once you have met their respective requirements, posting your request in the Suggestions board just as with founding your Village.


Town Upgrade Price- 5,000 Gold
Starting Boards- Founder's Estate, Main Street, Cottages, one additional board of your choice (within reason)
Required Additional Members- 5 (10 total)


City Upgrade Price- 10,000 Gold
Starting Boards- Founder's Mansion, City Forum, Houses, two additional boards of your choice
Required Additional Members- 5 (15 total)

Additionally, you should provide creative titles and descriptions for each of the boards to give them a feeling of uniqueness and creativity.

While you are allowed to have any manner of mundane pet that you desire, there are some people who desire fantastic magical beasts as their constant companions. I have divided them into two categories, lesser magical pets (dubbed 'familiars') and greater magical pets (dubbed 'mounts').

Familiar: 250 Gold.

Mount: 500 Gold.

In order to gain a magical pet, simply PM Azzy with their details. If approved, then those details will be posted by Azzy into your character profile thread. Note: you must have posted a character profile in order to receive your pet.
