This colorful and lively part of town is where the citizens of Avaren gather to talk about things from the birth of a child to the marriage of a couple.

From the wealthiest of manors to the poorest of cottages, this is where the citizens of Avaren dwell. One can own their own house and it can expand as they rise in power. So the harder you work; the better a house you will have.

Drink up before you catch a death of cold! Here the drink flows freely and all are merry in the tavern. If you get too rowdy, however, or insult the owner; you just might have a bar fight on your hands.

This is the shadier part of Avaren. Despite all that the Queen does to try and maintain order, unsavory types still gather here. If you value your money and your life, this is perhaps a place to avoid. For all it's ruffians, however, the Alleys still have some kindly people that reside within.

Do you haggle, sir? If so, then let the bargaining begin, for in the Market, all of the City's business takes place. If you’re not careful, you could walk in with a full wallet and leave with absolutely nothing.

The clashing of steel and the whizzing of arrows are a constant crescendo of noise in this building. It is here that common boys and girls are taught the ways of the warrior. From the clumsiest militia to the greatest Champion; all come to this place to train further and to make companionships.

For those of clever mind and those that cause..."unusal" happenings, this is the place where they are accepted for what they are and trained to fully utilize their abilities. Everyone, from the weakest apprentice to the highest of mages trains here to expand their knowledge and train their powers.

The ancient and colossal walls of Avaren, though still standing strong, bear many scars from her recent strife. In times of peace, this is a place where one can get away from it all and seek solitude.

This dismal place is where those that have departed lie in peace. Those that visit here had better not disturb the graves, or they may awaken the spirits of the dead.

No light shines through the dense canopy of this Forest, hence it's title. No one is for certain what dwells within, so one is advised to be cautious should they try to cross through these woods.

With it's crystaline and prisitine surface, the Lake is one of the most attractive places in the Kingdom. Whether you are out for a swim or you are merely there to let loose your mind; no place is better than the Lake.

Tall peaks and crowned with snow on their summits, the Mountains that are just beyond the Forest are a sight to behold. Their majesty steals the breath away from many, and they are a great task to cross. Yet to attempt to cross them in the winter is a fool's errand.

Within the Mountain range, there is a citadel of old. It has not been populated since the last great war, but it is rumored that there is great wealth left behind. And there are darker rumors that spread from that place, but they have yet to be confirmed.
