Hello kingdom of Avaren!

Impetuous nobles interfering with you putting food on the table?
Do you like Adventure, Danger, Mystery, Treasure, and Gold Coins?
Do you enjoy having strong allies at your back?
Do you want to improve that stealth ability?
Ever wonder what would happen if you practiced your pickpocketing in the Barracks?
Do you currently live in something that you really shouldn't call home?

Well, if you answered yes to any of these questions, then come test your mettle with me. The Shadow, as a part of the Nightwalkers.

I will show you some of the finer tricks of the trade, so long as you are loyal to me. Also, so long as you are a Nightwalker, you will have access to a bounty board, four walls and a roof over your head, someone to watch your back, and endless opportunity for treasure!

Also, there will be rules: the first one being this; I, Shadow, am the Guildmaster. As such, I have the right and the ability to hand out quests, rewards, and punishments, as I see fit.

Secondly, when a Nightwalker, you will become a Noble Thief. Acceptable targets are the corrupt, the disgusting.

Thirdly, once a Nightwalker; Always a Nightwalker.

Fourth: If you are in a bind, we will come help you; within reason.

Fifth: The Nightwalker Guild does not exist. (Unless you See the Mark and Know the Hand.)

Sixth; and last for now. If you make transgression against myself or my property, you will die. It will be bloody, and it will be quick. This extends to my brethren. What you do to the littlest of my brothers, you do to me. It works both ways.

Just so anyone who is wondering: the Nightwalker's Guild isn't reserved for any one walk of life. In fact, it is encouraged that many people join in, not just those who stick to the night.

That way, the guild can take on a variety of jobs.

However, Goody-two-shoes won't do well within the guild, only because they might be averse to our means of operation.

A dark figure enters the room unnoticed in the shadows and after hearing the little speach steps into the light revealing her half elf features. except instead of light skin you would expect to see on an elf, her skin is a pale gray. The half-drow speaks. "You speak so much of brothers; brothers this, and brothers that; is there room for a guild sister?"

Aye, Brethren is not limited to the males, ya know.

And i'm sure you'll find plenty of room in this place. *gestures at the place*

all are welcome here; just find a spot to sit by the fire!

And no worries, to both of you (and anyone else who decides to join for that matter) we will all gather at some point. Shadow will mark all those that want to be members, and then there will be a summons to a meeting place where everyone will be recruited for real.

[ok, before anyone gets any funky ideas, it's not gonna be like the death-eaters from HP. similar, but no bigass tattoos on the arm... It'll be something much more discreet. Maybe an Item or something, a seal... a magical something-or-other. (suggestions are welcome!)]

Well, Shadow has a dragon-dog does he not. Use the Scales. I'm sure he could use Choa to contact anyone that has one of his scales. and its something simple that could be slipped into the pockets of candidates or even placed in a money pouch as bait for thieves, and it can be hidden inconspicuously. That's my suggestion.

I kind of have been using a special coin- stamped with a big N- which will be able to convey simple messages. Also, Zelda- where/when would you like to be "recruited"?

Actually I have a thread started in the forest that no one has replied to. If you want you could reply there. and that could be her Recruitment thread. As for when, whenever you feel like posting the recruitment.

As for your recruitment, Shadow is a damn good shape shifter, and he likes to teach- so if you ever need help, he could be the person to help you! ((If you'd like to make a post in the Academy, I will post there.

if you'd like, I could start a thread within Avaren or something. (or i could pop into that thread- you know, scare the shrapnel out of the pseudo dragon, the "little girl", and your character...XD)
