Greetings, stranger, I am here to invite you to join us in the Kingdom of Avaren! We are an anime-themed swords and sorcery roleplaying site that is open to all levels of skill. The story takes place at the end of a period of warfare and strife. Following a series of violent purges led by the mad queen of Avaren and her zealous followers, war broke out between Avaren and the floating city of mages, Aesir. In the end, the queen was supplanted and peace restored, at the cost of the city of Aesir itself. Now, with Aesir lying in ruins and the leadership of Avaren removed, the two people have been forced to set aside old grudges and work as one to rebuild their shattered lives and secure their borders against incursions from the armies beyond.
Come and join, choose your allegiance and post. As you post, you can advance along unique skill trees and accumulate gold that can be used for everything from buying your own house, special magical items and mounts, to even founding your own city or guild.
